LVMNY: love money, wear it loud.
Graphic design for LVMNY (Love Money), a popular streetwear brand built on parody, street culture and a lot of nerve. Each graphic borrows a symbol everyone recognizes and flips its meaning, and two of the designs are still in the line today as some of the brand's best sellers.

Still best sellers
Two of these designs are still in LVMNY's line and still among its best sellers. The Brotherly Love 3pk, named for Philadelphia's nickname, puts one small character on three white tees: a beanie-wearing face whose eyes are a dripping heart and a dollar sign, love and money in one look, in three colorways. LVMNY Dept. sets the name in collegiate block letters and signs it with a hand-brushed gold script, a simple mark that works across tees, hoodies and accessories.
Paris 2024
Released around the Paris Olympics, this graphic arches LVMNY over the top in collegiate letters colored like the Olympic rings. Below, two of the rings are swapped for a pair of handcuffs, all wrapped in a gold laurel wreath: victory and consequence in one mark.
The approach
Streetwear graphics live or die in the first second someone sees them on a shirt. Every LVMNY piece starts from a symbol people already know, like the Olympic rings, a luxury wordmark or a college sweatshirt, then changes one detail so a second look tells the joke. Clean vector shapes and heavy outlines keep each one ready for screen printing.
